James K. Worley, FICF
President Founder
James K. Worley is the founder and President of American Family Estate Preservation, Inc.
James began his financial services career in 1977 as a licensed Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent. He earned degrees in Business Management, Marketing and Accounting. He attained the “Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow” designation (FICF) degree from the American College of Financial Services. He has continued his education in Annuity Concepts, Business Insurance, Retirement Counseling, Insurance Law and Risk, Estate Planning and Trust Creation and Implementation.
James has an extensive history and experience in serving others, both in business and in the community. His background and his team will serve to ensure you and your family are protected from probate, estate taxes, and any number of other life events that you may encounter.
He will provide excellent educational advice in other areas as well, such as living wills, living trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, long-term care, Roth and Traditional IRA’s, life insurance, Medicare Supplement and disability insurance.
Darian B. Andersen
AFEPI - General Counsel
Darian brings over 49 years of experience to AFEPI with his background in Estate Planning and Asset Protection for individuals who want to shield assets from probate and loss due to nursing home expenses as well as liability from unrelated claims.
Darian’s objectives mirror those of AFEPI, which is to provide efficient and effective services to individuals and extend his efforts to our client’s and their companies.
Darian is married with 8 children. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Hobbies include racquetball, computers and family activities.
He has served on the YMCA Board of Directors, as a Boy Scouts of America Scoutmaster, as a member of BSA Troop Committee, and various church leadership positions.

Frank R. McManus
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
Frank brings over 23 years of experience to American Family Estate Preservation, Inc. (AFEPI). He serves our Tulsa, Okmulgee, and Checotah clients and the surrounding areas.
He began his career with a prominent life insurance company followed by 17 years as a licensed Insurance and Financial Services Representative and Advisor, as well as Agency Manager of a Farmers’ Insurance Agency in Okmulgee, OK.
Frank has been on the AFEPI team since 2016, providing educational information and serving his clients with their estate planning needs.
Frank is blessed with the gift of music and of song. He currently serves at the Dewar Baptist Church in Dewar, OK.
Frank is married, has one child and enjoys golf and travel.
Frank holds a strong sense of obligation to help his clients and his desire to serve exemplifies our motto of “We want to be there when you need us the most”.
