We Will Be There When You Need Us The Most!

A lady created her Trust in December. She contracted the flu in December. In January she passed away from the flu. AFEPI completed the transfer of all of her assets to her beneficiaries in a matter of a few weeks. The total process was completed by February 15th.

We had a living trust in place. my spouse passed away. I went to the bank to check on my spouse’s IRA and was told, it would require probate for me to receive ‘our’ money.
